Layaway

Layaway Terms and Conditions

*  Layaway accounts must first be acknowledge thru email and then followed by payment..  Layaways are for 3 months only. 

*  Initial payment of at least 50% of the purchase price is required to put an item on layaway.

*  Subsequent layaway payments must be at least half (1/2) of the remaining balance. 

*  All payments on layaway items are non-refundable. NO EXCEPTIONS!  Including cancellations!

*  The time allowed for a layaway item will be 90 days from the original layaway purchase date.  All payments must be  received on or before the 90th day of the layaway or you will lose all payments made towards that item.

*  You cannot change the item ordered, including the size and/or color of the item after the layaway is established.

*  Any specials or discounts available at the time of the initial payment will be applied, however subsequent specials or discounts that occur during the layaway period are not applicable.   

*  As a courtesy, we will contact you approximately one week before the end of the layaway period and notify you that your layaway is about to expire. 

*  The Wedding Boutique reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
